- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, warranties, and certificates.
- Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear after delivery are not eligible for return.
- Custom-made or engraved watches are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Sale or clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Receive Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and instructions for returning the item.
- Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely, include the RA Number and a copy of your original receipt, and send it to the address provided in the return instructions.
3. Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account after processing.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an exchange.
- Once the original item is returned and inspected, we will ship the replacement item.
- If the replacement item has a higher value, you will be responsible for the price difference.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:

- Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
6. Non-Returnable Items

- Gift cards.
- Final sale or clearance items.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
8. Cancellations
